Within Culinary Arts Course provided by Lighthouse Academy, students will know more information about the art of preparing, cooking, presenting, and serving food.
Objectives of the course:
Students learn all about food, including food culture, food history, food safety, and current food trends. They also learn about the foodservice industry and prepare some culinary dishes.

Requirements:
To be eligible for admission, you must have English Language (Level B+). A certificate in management, administration, commerce, or any related field is preferred.
