Within this Pump Maintenance Course, you will explore the maintenance, replacement, and characteristics of various pumps, packing, and mechanical seals used in a process or distribution facility.
Objectives of the course:
You will study the correct selection and installation of packing, packing rings, and lubrication as well as mechanical seals, and gain an understanding of when to choose which. You will also become familiar with the characteristics of these, including their operational life and the causes of their failure.
